Myth #1
AI won’t replace you,
but someone using it will

AI is an easily accessible, general-purpose technology – similar to electricity, computers or the Internet. Sure, workers using electricity and computers replaced those who didn’t, but without any displacement.

Likewise, soon everyone will be using AI.

The real question is, what happens then?

Myth #2
You need to invest in pricey, state-of-the-art tools to gain or keep a competitive edge.

Organizations are racing to deploy costly, unproven tools that often underdeliver, then argue that AI is overhyped.

They focus on the wrong type of change.

The real gains are reaped by driving for an AI-agile culture. While this involves adapting tools and processes, those efforts are trivial in comparison to the change of mindset for workers, starting with the very top.
